My name is Justus Grose. I am a licensed and insured massage therapist. I incorporate Swedish Relaxation Techniques, Deep Tissue, Injury Rehab, Chakra Balancing, Energy Healing, Biodynamic Craniosacral and Structural Integration to reach and aid in the release of pain, dysfunction, stress and trauma. This work can feel both deep and relaxing. I believe in healing the body, mind and spirit.

Depending on your needs I can blends all these techniques together or do them separately.
